What kind of mindset do you have for your business? Are you excited for 2022 and what is to come? Are you scared, and unsure of 2022? Your mindset is going to set your tone and drive your success or failure. Do you have people in your corner to help encourage you, hold your accountable?

I am not going to lie, 2021, I had a bad mindset, it was just one thing after another. Just when I thought I was on the right track, and BAM! I got knocked down again. If it wasn’t for my Accountability Group, the Mastermind Group, and most important My Wife, I don’t know how I would have gotten through. A couple of weeks ago, I was watching the first Matrix movie, and towards the end of the movie Laurance Fishburne’s character Morpheus tells Keanu Reeves character Neo “There is a difference between knowing the path and walking that path.” WOW!!!! I immediately made a meme and posted it on social media and decided that that is my motto for 2022!

We make all these goals and plans, but are we walking the path to make the goals and plans reality? That is where having the right mindset will allow you to walk the path. Neo had Morpheus to guide him, and teach him the way, who is your Morpheus? And who is your Neo? Just as we need someone to guide us along the way, we in turn can be guide someone along the way. I know for myself, whenever I am teaching or mentor someone, I’m also learning, learning more than the one I’m mentoring, as I’m doing more work and research.

Having the right mindset will set you off on a positive start for the new year!
